Default preload my lifters?

I have a 2002 z28 any ways i just got some new lifters for it because the old ones are out... they are gm part number 17122490. The pushrods i believe are stock length but beefed up(previous owner did this upgrade). also i have some ls6 springs i plan to put on... do i have to preload these lifters or what? If so how would i go about doing it. Oh yeah stock rockers too.

all you have to do is torque the rockers to 22ftlb, rotate the engine 180, and do 22ftlbs again. that is how you preload lifters on an ls style engine.
