I have the Speed Inc SI5-231/237, had a Futral F2-224/224 before, both on 112 LSAs. The SI5 is a great cam, nice sound, not just peak power, nice curve, very drivable.
I had a '98 Z A4 with a TSP 225/225, I think it was on a 114, it was very mild.

TSP Tqr 2 232/234 .595/.598 113 LSA
Yank SS3600
Tqr 2 is kind of a dog down low. If you get something like that get a stall 3600 or above and gears for the rear. Those 2 will really wake up the cam.

Custom Grind... 230/232 XFI/XER .615/.595 on a 111+2lsa. SS3600 Yank, with Perfrombuilt level 2.
Car runs awesome, I will have new track numbers in a week, and dyno numbers in hopefully two weeks.
When I was bolt ons, with the stall i made 319hp and 325tq. So hopefully I will break the 390 mark, but I don't think I will...

228/232 .588/.595 110+4 LSA , 7.425 pushrods , 3.73 gears and 3000 stall. Good amount of overlap and lots of mid range power! power peaks at 5900rpm and carries for a bit
