timing cover, water pump (optional unless you're high mileage and they have not been changed), front seal, balancer bolt, threaded rod or tool to reinstall balancer, black high temp sealer, air pump gaskets, valve cover gaskets (optional as above), a couple of spare valve stem keepers, valve guide seals (optional as above).

I think that's it

I got the 43.00 one from TSP I believe and it had everything I needed. Timing cover gasket, water pump gaskets (getting the old paper ones off the block/pump were a f'ing bitch), new GM bolt, timing cover seal, Pick yourself up a tube of loctite and RTV sealant as well.

the TSP was the one I was leaning towards. I have 22,000 miles on my car.

You can probably reuse the water pump and timing cover gaskets. You should ALWAYS replace the crank seal. The rocker cover gaskets("O" rings) usually swell up and pop out of the groove. If they don't pop out you can get away with that one too. Plan it safe and have them all on hand just in case. If you don't use them this time you'll have a spare the next time.
