Default cam options with PRC 5.3 heads

I know this question has been asked many times. Yes I used the search option. Anyway here I go. I am looking for a cam to compliment the rest of my mods. I have a set of PRC 5.3 stage 2.5 heads on the shelf, ready to put on. I also have lid, LS6 intake, 160 stat, Pacesetter LT's, TSP 3" duals with x-pipe and bullets dumped, P/P throttle body, and UD pulley, rest of the mods are tranny and suspension. I don't mind spinning it in the 6500rpm range.
I was originally wanting the MS3, but not having the valves set further in the heads, eliminated that possibility. So, now I have been looking at the Torquer 3 and the 231/237cam.
Car is only a daily driver from spring to fall, and sees about 10,000 miles a year. It is a street car that gets driven "spirited" and will see occasional track use. I am looking for opinions (preferably from experience, but welcome all). Numbers, dyno sheets, anything to help me out.

If you need anymore info, please ask.

I will also add that later this year I will be putting in an s60 with 4.11's, I am currently running 3.23 gears. (I was an auto).

I love the Tourquer 3 but I'm no cam guru by any meens. With the 3.23s it will be a pig untill 3500-4k. Good luck It sounds like it is going to kiskass.

Thank you for your reply.

The rearend will be getting replaced very soon as the pinion bearing is already on its way out as well.
As soon as heads/cam done, rearend will be on order with 4.11's.
I am just looking for the optimal cam for what i have and what to roughly expect.

Yes and I believe you can run an .040 gasket with it too.

Go with a custom grind 230 duration with a 111 or 112 LSA. should handle its own! So, the torquer 3 should put out some power!

What do you want. Sooner power and more low/mid go lower duration and LSA. Grinding advance into will bring the power down in the band even more. Consider lobe choice as well. Prolly more along the lines I will go. Search for some PredatorZ cams on here.

Yeah I have spoken to Predator Z and gave me some great feedback with a cam in the low 230's.
