Who runs this cam and what kind of power do you make and how do you like it?

I had it in my old motor before it went pop. I really liked the cam. Mine drove well around town and pulled very hard up until shifting at 6800. I did mostly road racing and it was a stock shortblock, 243 heads, higher compression and that cam and did 410/385 on a conservative tune and dyno.

What would be the difference power wise and drivability versus the MTI X1?

i think the X1 will get it under the curve, but that 230/236 will slightly maybe make more up top. im running the X1 in my auto also.

Im close with a 232/236 .585 112 and mine made 452/415, with heads of course and is a great street car with plenty of low end tq.

compared to a stock ls1 cam how much if any do you have to raise the launch rpm at the track. ex. right now i leave about 3000 rpm's(i am being easy on the drive drain no 5 grand launch!) if i get this cam will i have to raise my launch rpm to get out of the hole the same as now?
