You may have to clearance a few of them on the exhaust side of the head due to core shift when they cast the heads . If the heads are off the car you can install them finger tight and see if and where they touch and then mark the areas that need clearancing with a sharpie . I used a de-burring bit in my die grinder which worked perfect and took about 10 minutes to do both heads . If the heads are on the car just cover the oil return holes with rags/paper towels and use a file and a shop- vac . I have done it both ways and each way worked fine . You only need to remove a small amount of metal to make them clear so no big deal .
