Default Patriot Stage II 243's work well for my setup?

I've got an 01 Z06 with the mods in my signature. I'm looking at some new Patriot Stage 2's(243's) milled to 59cc. Would they still allow adequate p/v clearance with my X1 cam? What compression would those heads give me with stock GM head gaskets?

Talk to gunner at Patriot I did the 64 cc with the 4100 gasket and in theory its supposed to be 10.7.01 so I think you be in the 11's for compression with the 59 cc maby?

I like it a lot, nice lope, drives like stock and has a very nice curve unlike some of the dyno-queen cams that so many people drool over.

We are buying a set of 59cc Stage II heads from a local kid that is going to twin turbos and 317 heads. Also looking for cam advice. Ours used heads are less springs, so don't want to pay for them until we have cam specs...
