Default Time for a new cam (milled heads)

I tried searching for my info but after an hour i gave up. OK I have ported heads that are shaved .030. I'm looking for the biggest cam i can safely run. I'm also looking for something that will love the N20! Intake valve is 2.02 Exhaust is 1.56. Heads flow 288 @ 600 on the intake and 220 @ 600 on the exhaust. Low lift #'s are VERY nice! I'm running the Manley Springs/retainers.
I now have the 224/224 .581/.581 @112 Cam. It does well but Dyno'd a little low (I did my own tuning basically only a little fuel adjustment with edit and that is all). Track times seem about up to par. But just wondering if i can get more out of it.
Any suggestions?
