Default New Cam?

Going to install a ss4000 stall and cam 232/234 601/601 112+2. How is it going to drive on the street and drag with a 10 bolt with 2.73's?

Is that a torquer 2? You may want to change gear ratios, 3.42 or 3.73 and a lower stall, maybe around 3200 or 3600 for street duty.

Gonna make a ton of tranny heat with that much stall and no gear. It will be like a powerglide.

You'll want a cam with an earlier intake valve closing point to maximize your power under the curve. Think smaller duration too. Smaller will make you faster with 2.73 gears.

I got a cooler plus will be getting 3.73's soon. Just asking for the time being with 2.73's probably about a month.
