If memory severse me correctly I think you'll be around 10.7:1 with 5.3 heads uncut. Alot of places work on the chambers though & it will kill some compression. We sell Patriot heads with stock or modified chambers depending on the flow needs & compresion needs. Your not planning on running stock 5.3l heads though are you?

Thanks for the info, and nope I am not planning on using stock 5.3's. The valves are too small, I am getting a set ported and shaved.
