Before & after results 216/220, tell me what you think. web page I recently had my car dynoed with the parts listed in my sig, the same day I had Ls1 edit done with the mods to see what I would gain. I tried selling this comp cam 216/220 525/532 and springs on this forum for a while and no one wanted it so I figured , what the hell I'll throw it in and see what it will do. So after 9hrs and alot of soda and a sore back this is what I got dont know if people would consider this good but hey its just #s. My car was running 12.40s 110mph dynoing at 311hp and 335 tq all still with the stock intake. Let me know what you think. I will post new 1/4 times soon.

Re: Before & after results 216/220, tell me what you think. I've got a similar cam (more lift than yours) 216/220 .571/.581 114 and it dyno'd 390RWHP with all of the bolton's and stock heads, I think it has +4 degrees ground into it, it's a comp cam.

I have never been a dyno #S guy, dont really follow them to close,but the car is diffinatly stronger, Im sure if I had an ls6 intake and a M6 it would have dynoed higher but thats ok. It is a comp cam on a 114 and it does have +4 ground in, it is a small cam compared to whats out there today, If i can get 3 tenth out of it I'll be very happy. Thanks guys

Re: Before & after results 216/220, tell me what you think. the converter was unlocked, u can't compare it to other charts... lock the converter and the hp will go up and tq will be at the normal level, not pushed up from converter flash...

Re: Before & after results 216/220, tell me what you think. Your cam and mine are similar. I have a Comp 218/218, 114 LSA, .528 lift with +2 advance. Don't know what my dyno says but I ran an 11.52 et with a 1.54 60'. My car is light as compared to stock however. I have a tubular K member and A arms and lots of things removed.

Re: Before & after results 216/220, tell me what you think. Don't worry to much about the dyno number's! I ran a 12.13 with that same cam and bolt on's and a 10.83 with a 150 shot. That cam love's nitrous
