cam and emissions in MD Ive settled on the TR230 and Im in maryland. We do have emissions but on 96and newer vehicles its just the OBDII scan. I know you can tune out rear o2s and AIR which Ive done already. But would such a cam throw up a red flag come emissions time? Any cammed marylanders...thoughts??

i have done a few cam cars from MD and none of them really seem to be a problem...
