diamond has the thinnest deck of all ls1 style pistons. Wiseco has the thickest, plus the ring lands are dropped down for heavy spray.

go with the wiseco.

You have to decide the cc of the dish, its all about what compression you want to run.

With the 59cc chambers, you're going to have really high compression with a flat top piston. What you probably will need is a dished piston, probably in the -8cc to -10cc range. Here's calculator to help you choose:

http://www.c5frc.com/calculators/Com...Calculator.htm

Also, since you are planning to use nitrous, look for a piston that can handle the abuse. Mahle are made from 4032 alloy, while Diamond, JE, and Wiseco are made from stronger 2618 alloy. The trade-off is the Mahle doesn't expand as much, therfore, you can run a tighter piston-to-wall clearance. Enjoy!

Patiriot heads 59cc and G5X3 112LSA , JE LS1 Forged Flat Top Piston -2cc Valve Reliefs 3.905 Bore , compstar 6.125 rods , Gasket thickness 0.058 ,the Compression Ratio would be 10.6:1 , how much can i shoot nitrous ?
