which heads would be the best to use with the ms3 cam?

For the $$$ call TSP order them both as a package. Save $$$ and they will recess valves for proper PTV clearance so you won't have to flycut.

yea but which type of head what there 5.3 heads? and like what the 5.3 2.5 ?

You're building your engine backward. You buy the best heads you can get, then you buy a cam that optimizes those heads for the powerband you want. Not heads to match a cam.
