Default Anyone know?

Anyone know what this is in the picture? It's a plug I found hiding under the center console. It wasn't connected to anything, just kinda hanging out. (litterally) Could it be for traction control?

Suggestions?

Cant see the pic too well. Traction control would be in the front of the console if its a Firebird, is that a 6 pin connector?

Yeah looks like the TC. Is it up close to the ashtray?

If it is the traction control then all I would need is a button and panel to get it to work? Unless the previous owner disabled it I suppose.

Do you have a TCS module under the hood? If not, your car does not have TC. The wiring harnesses for these cars are all pretty much the same whether you want all the options or not. A good thing about that is you now have an ignition "hot" that's convenient to tap into if you plan on installing an E cutout, or line lock, etc.
