How would this cam run NA vs N20?
Thunder list this as a good N20 application cam..... 224/227 .563/.569 114LSA
How would this run NA? would it be worth it a car that would only spray every so often? would it run good NA? Or would it be better to get a single pattern like the 224/224 and not worry about it for nitrous?

generally nitrous likes more exhaust duration and a wider lobe seperation. i think that cam would do well both N/A and on the bottle

If I ever get a forged bottome end maybe more.
I was just wondering if this cam would still be good for NA applications.

For just a 100 shot, I'd pick a cam for NA use. Anything will work fine with a small shot like that. I'd rather have the 224/224.

If you have an M6 I would go with at least a 228/228. The 224 just isn't big enough. I'm pretty sure you'll want more down the road. These cars eat up big cams.
