Why do people upgrade their valve springs or maybe its roller rockers? Especially when their supercharged or Turbo.

Moving to internal.

Most of the time it is probably springs that are changed out for a beehive style or a dual spring. Added insurance in the valvetrain for more power is never a bad thing. Not sure if it really pertains to being forced induction specifically though.
