Default Heads and cam combo, please overlook before I go ahead and order

Hey everyone. I am planning on doing a heads/cam setup in my car soon. I have researched this to the fulllest extent and PredatorZ has spec'd me a cam. Please overlook this setup and let me know if anything looks wrong, primarily the pushrod length. I am going to use a pushrod length checker during installation but wanted to order the "right" pushrod from the get go. As a side note, I have the Harland Sharp rebuilt rockers.

Basic package:
PRC 5.3L Stage 2.5 heads w/ 2.02 intake valve, unmilled
Custom cam- 230/236 612/600 111+0
GM MLS gasket- forget compressed thickness
7.425" hardened pushrod (PredatorZ had told me 7.325" but that seemed like a typo since I think the heads would have to be milled for that length)

Other stuff:
ARP head studs with hex nuts
LS2 timing chain- chain only
TSP ported/shimmed LS6 oil pump
GM LS7 lifters
Timing cover gasket
Front crank seal
Water pump gasket
Balancer bolt
99+ valve cover gaskets- switching over since my car is a 98'
And of course I have all the fluids, assembly lube, etc in there as well

How does this combo look? Do you think I need the 7.425" or 7.325" pushrod?

Thanks for all the help
Andy

My best advice for you would to be ordering a pushrod length checker when you get everything else. They are $20 and will allow you to determing the exact correct length of pushrods you need.

I guess I could order everything tomm except the pushrods. Get the checker, then when I find out the length needed, order them and have them delivered 2nd day air or something.

I agree, pushrods should be the last part ordered. You can measure and order them, finish assembly while the pushrods are in shipping. That's how I do it and plan to do it on my next setup.
