1.8's with stock cam? so would it be bad or good to do, some have told me that with 1.8s it will increase the lift on the cam?

Considering the lower cam lift of the 01 and 02, 1.8 rockers seems pretty safe if the valve springs are the same as the 98-00 ones. Anybody know the differences between the springs?
