How does this budget combo sound?

Since my SS is no longer my daily I decided I would mod the **** out of it. I was thinking:
stock LS6 heads
MS4 cam kit from TSP
yank SS4000 to replce the pye 3400
I am trying to get the most I can on a budget.
Opinions?
