Default How to install stock rockers

I just got my cam only in my car 228 cam. Took the vavle covers off because I had some needle bearings on my drain plug took off the vavle covers and on the pass side rocker let its needle bearings go. I have alot of stock rockers lying around. I just need to change 1 are they hard to do and what do they need to be torqed to let me know thanks

22 ft lbs and be sure the pushrod is in it's lowest position before you trq the rockerarm. That will ensure the lifter is on the basecircle/heel of the lobe. You can rotate the motor by hand for this.

Its the 4th rocker from the front on the pass side is the exhaust or intake? How can I move the motor let me know thanks

You can use a socket to turn the bolt on the crank pulley.

24mm socket on the crankbolt and a long ratchet with a pipe for leverage. 4th rocker arm back should be an exhuast of cylinder#3.

For future, the way to tell what rocker it is (intake/exhaust) is the exhaust rocker will line up with the stock exhaust/aftermarket header tube.

Just noted you said passenger side so that would be #4 and would be an INTAKE sorry for the mixup. Intakes are on the left of each rocker arm pair.
