Default trex and carb

just wondering if the trex is suitable for carb applications as ive heard cams can be slightly different for efi thanks

i think you would be best off talking to one of our sponsors and having a custom cam built. if you buy the package from them a custom cam will onlt be a little more like another $50, i dont know the exact price but i know it will not be much. and it would be ideal for your setup.

Wouldnt be a bad setup. Carb setups like bigger cams. Mine is tuned pretty well and was really easy to do so but mines a little smaller. carb setups like larger durations, tight lsas, and high lift.

thanks for the reply guys, so im guessing this cam will still perform maybe not quite as good as efi but still really well?

in all honesty, that cam with the right carb/intake setup and proper tuning will perform MUCH better WOT, but driving behavior will lack.

Carbs behave better with big cams then EFI IMO. You likely make more with the carb setup than with the EFI at WOT as state above.

i know i wanted to do a carb setup with a ms3 and the guys at tsp said it would work better with a custom grind
