Based on your description (need more information), I see a couple of issues. First, I assume the studs are coming loose, not the poly-locks. To install the studs, you need to absolutely clean the studs and the heads prior to loctite (new studs won't fix this, as they are the symptom of the problem, not likely the problem itself). If not, the Loctite won't hold. Second, is it always the same studs? Do you get on it at all? Here's my point, I don't think you have enough valve spring for those rockers with only the LS6 springs. I think you may be floating the valves and as a result loosening the studs.

Im not sure if they are the same studs coming loose I had cms install them and never asked if they were the same ones.As far as the ls6 valve springs my lift was calculated to be around the 540ish range in lift and these valve springs are good for around 570.I had another 1.85 slp rocker arm user here confirm that he had these ls6 valve springs on his setup with no problem.I never got on it and eventually with some mileage put on them they just keep coming loose.

It looks like its different nuts that keep coming loose not always the same ones.but this time it was only one that came loose and the one has metal shavings inside the nut.the stud thread looks fine but the inside of the nut doesnt look as good.
