Default Considering Livernois motorsports heads... help?

It is time to step up for new heads for me i think. I was considering nitrous, but i want the power there all the time and after seeing some carnage, nitrous has me a little gun shy...

My current setup is a 231/237 112lsa (.595/.605 lift) cam, FAST 90/90, lt headers/ory/ borla catback, along with a 9 inch and various suspension mods.

I am looking at livernois heads, as i have heard nothing but good things about them and some suggest them to be up there with power as the AFR and TFS heads. There are 3 different "stages". Which one would be best suited to my setup?

thanks

I have Stage 2. The only difference between Stage 1 and 2 is the spring package. Stage 3 has larger valves. I was told the Stage 1 and 2 were for stock bore LS1's.I changed the heads only and .040 gaskets on this dyno comparison.

I have almost the same cam and am looking into these heads also, I think the Stg 2's would be better for us cause they are 220cc and everywhere I read they outflow what they avertised, a while back (March) they had a GP on them for $1099+ shipping, I would be all over them if they did that again.
