Question about valve seals (which to get, and why?)
Been looking over valve seals, and Thunder Racing offers two different types, one which I assume is the standard LS1 Valve Seal, and the K-Line brand...
has anybody ever used the K-Line? I know they're well known for their valve guides, but for another $10-$15, how much better are their valve seals?

going to bump this out of curiosity...
using aftermarket seals on a Nissan vs. GM is a bit different in my opinion...
I want a seal that will do well, be it crane or comp, or the K-Line...the Viton seals on the stock GM ones I had with the cam obviously had a problem, though it could have been a ton of reasons why, I'm just wanting something that will help me in the long run as far as longevity

Well sort of maybe, I guess my point was the aftermarket seal was a different rubber compound and that was the source of the problem I was having with them. As for GM seals, not sure what problems you have had with them but they have been rock solid on every installation I have done with them.
