Need help clearing 0305 & 0704 SES codes

Need help clearing 0305 & 0704 SES codes I just hit 100K miles, and was throwing like freakin' 10 codes. I know WTF? I agree. I changed all spark plugs, filters, and fluids. And I still have 2 SES codes, and they flash...not good. The gas mileage sucks, and the performance is not much better than before.
0305 - Cylinder #5 has an issue...Do I need to replace the ignition coil/coil pack?
0704 - Now this **** is my red-headed step child. It smells like gun powder when I get outta my car. Do I need to replace anything besides the 2 O2 sensors? What about the MAF sensor? Can that just be cleaned out, or do I need to replace it as well?
If anyone can give me a few pointers, before I blow half my paycheck on unneeded parts I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
