with a good tune you should be sitting at about 400rwhp with that cam.
clutch most likely won't hold for long. my clutch slipped on the high end with my Torquer v1 cam...and it had 60K miles on it, no known races. so i would budget at least for that in the future, you should be able to drive the car, but to really beat on it the clutch won't hold.
the rear should be fine for a while too, as long as you don't do high rpm dumps with STICKY tires. although its always a crap shoot. some guys blow them with stock engines and street tires. other guys get 100s of passes with high hp and DRs.
you could always get the bearing stud kit ($30) and the rear end girdle to strenghten it up. mine is holding up well to street use with 2 yrs of 315 DRs. but i don't lauch HARD...but i shift hard.

^Agreed, it's so much easier to do the oil pump while the engine is out for the cam rather then the heads, you can run a stock clutch for a while as long as your driving normally and dumping it, get the oil pump and save for the clutch.

Then why are you doing the clutch? The oil pump is more important than the clutch. Youre only going to have a 400HP car, the stock clutch will hold up, mine held up with 465HP/540Ft-lbs.

b/c ur the only person that iveheard of say that.....most people say clutch and rearend are one of the few first things you do, if u have the money! the only reason i wanted to decide on either the clutch or rear is cuz i wanna start racing the car on the weekends! for now im runnin DRs but soon will wanna run slicks.....all 3 will eventually get done its just in what order is really the question for me

all the corner cutting is great to save money....but if your pump can't keep up with the demands of the 450hp (crank) engine....
that money saved up will amount to **** when the engine blows.
clutch going out won't damage other things, oil pump going out can destroy your entire engine
which is worse?
