Default swapping shortblock ls1-ls6- did i miss anything?

Hi there
i've decided to get a new shortblock to replace my damaged bottom end ls1. looks like i'm going for the weber stage 2 deal
http://weberracing.net/Engine-Type-G...duct_info.html

i intend swapping over my heads, rockers, valvetrain, pushrods etc. i've asked for an uprated oil pump with the short motor, ls2 timing chain kit, LS7 lifters, plus a GM headgasket set and ARP head bolts. i'll swap over the timing covers, water pump and other ancilliaries from the od block to the new. (other gaskets etc all fairly new)

my ls1 heads are stock, valve springs/retainers are comp cams, i have pushrods in 7.4" and 7.425" and a 220/220 cam which i intend to reuse if unmarked.

have i missed any hardware or bits needed to do the swap?
thanks

What condition are the heads in?.. how many miles..

If you have them out.. why not match the ports ? or a mild porting job to them. I would at lease freshen them up with a valve job or lap the valve and seats.

I would get new push rods and check to make sure that the 7.4 or 7.425 are even the correct ones to use.

just a few items to check or suggest doing.

the pushrods i have are uprated ones and almost new, so assuming i use stock headgaskets etc i shouldnt be a world away from having the right length there?

do the ls7 lifter kits generally come with everything thats required ?
