Want to get a cam but not sure what one to get I'm looking to get a cam but not sure what one to get. Any suggestions would be great. Also I know I'm going to need some thing to do the install. I would like to know what they are besides a lot of time. Thanks.

There is a Search feature above. Click it and type in "Cam" in the internal engine section. You will find more threads about cam selection than you will ever want to read.
Here is a very good cam install how-to site:

You will need as a minimum, a cam, a set of better springs (918s are a drop-in replacement), front cover crankshaft seal, front cover gasket, water pump gaskets, and a new harmonic balancer bolt. I would also consider a set of hardened pushrods (stock 7.40" length)
