Default what needs to be done to rev my 99

I have a 99 ls1 I kno there is a problem with the connecting rod bolts for that year but will I be good to rev 7k-7500 with just the ARP rod bolts or will I need to do more

Your bottom end should hold up, but your valvetrain is going to need a lot of help to handle 7k. Anything over 7k will cost you dearly. What are your current specs and goals?

with the stock valvetrain there is no reason to spin that high, are you looking into a h/c swap?? You will need to upgrade the rest of the valve train to handle that.

I got a 233/238 TR cam .599.599 lift on a 112+4, patriot extreme gold springs,harland sharp rockers and hardened pushrods

ooo and not to mention dart pro 1 225s cncd to a 245 250 cc intake chamber which is why I need to rev lol
