Default Need some advice.

Hey guys I have a 2002 Trans Am WS6 A4, with SLP air lid, slp L/Twith cats, and loud mouth 1 exhaust. I am going to be doing some mods while my car is off the road and I just need some opinions and probably some advice. I am thinking of getting stage 3 LS6 cylinder heads with a stage 3 cam, Kooks L/T's with high flow cats, 3.73 gears and a torque converter. I want this car to be a power house but still driveable and legal. Would you guys recommend changing the whole rear end and suspension to match what im doing with the engine and gears? and is there anything else you guys would do to make it more powerful, and my spending limit is 10grand or just a bit more and thats it.

10K will get you nice *** heads, cam, valvetrain parts, FAST intake, and a new rear end. Are you paying for labor or doing it yourself?
