engine vibration after mods

engine vibration after mods rebuilt a4 and installed 3200 stall t/c and started a bad vibe in the engine,turned the t/c 120deg. rotation to see if it would make a difference but no change.where do you go from here,??? any help thks.

Re: engine vibration after mods redlinez you may be on to something,did a short test on a diagnostic tool and the misfires were changeing from cylinder to cylinder,is this an intake manifold leak??
