After my cam, mine was fine but eventually smoked like crazy. I installed a catch can which caught some oil. I ran through my valve train. Turns out half my valve seals werent seated and one was completely destroyed and I had a few broken springs.
Im gonna bet your valve seals aren't seated properly.

First off the cold start idle is off, Is it tuned? It dosent look like oil smoke, but fuel. I seen untuned cam only cars do that. But if your losing oil ie burning it more than befor the heads and cam install then I would check to see if the installer put thread sealer on the rocker arm bolts. If not then oil could seep through the bolts right on top of your valve.

the car has been tuned. it def. isn't an oil smoke. it is fuel i know because it reeks of gas. my tuner messed with everything to get that cold idle under control and told me that it probably wasn't getting enough air and that i should drill the throttle body out. whats your thoughts on that?
