Default Most Cost Effective LS1 Performance Mods

What are the most cost effective performance mods to get a 345 hp LS1 to about 400 hp in a C5? Assume my time to install parts is worth something too, about $50/hr. Also assume I don't have a lot of free time. NOS is not something I would consider. I don't know that there are any locations near me for a custom tune. I'm in the middle of North Dakota.

What mods should be performed to pick up about 50 hp?
-Cold Air Intake?
-Valve Springs?
-Larger Injectors?
-Aftermarket Programmer?
-Ignition Controller?
-Headers?
-High Flow Exhaust
-High Flow Cats & Mufflers?
-Other Suggestions?

I appreciate your suggestions

I would say cam also not to wild. Since your in the middle of nowhere a preadator hand heald might work but it is best to have it tuned.
