Default How many rpms can i spin w/ the katech rod bolts?

This is a 5.3 iron block. stock internals with the katech rod bolts. Turbo= s475 w/ 1.10 a/r. tci th400 with around 4000 stall. 232in/240ex 595in/608ex cam with dual springs/ti retainers. Can i turn it to 7 safely, cause if i can its gonna be a strong car and might make its way into the 9s stock internals

Of course you can turn 7K, but don't expect it to last very long

the rods will stretch before the bolts do.

those bolts i'd guess are good to probably 9k rpm. but the stock internals on the other hand...maybe 7500 at most. and not for very long haha.
