224R in a stock LS6? What sort of power/ increase in power would a 224/224 .581 114 give to a stock 04 LS6? Just curious, thanks fellas!

Ok one more for ya, got a buddy in my unit that just bought a 04 silverado with a 5.3. Hes interested in my extra 224r that I have hanging around but before I sell it to him I want to make sure itll work in his motor. Will it? What sort of power could he expect? Would it be a good combo?

Thats what Im thinking, hes still running stock headers and exhaust, but he should still see a nice gain. I posted this up today at performance truck forums.
