Default 224R in a stock LS6?

What sort of power/ increase in power would a 224/224 .581 114 give to a stock 04 LS6? Just curious, thanks fellas!

Ok one more for ya, got a buddy in my unit that just bought a 04 silverado with a 5.3. Hes interested in my extra 224r that I have hanging around but before I sell it to him I want to make sure itll work in his motor. Will it? What sort of power could he expect? Would it be a good combo?

Its an LS motor so it should work just fine. If he has headers I would expect a nice gain, how much im not sure. Im sure someone on here has done it.

Thats what Im thinking, hes still running stock headers and exhaust, but he should still see a nice gain. I posted this up today at performance truck forums.
