Stock Cylinder Heads?
I have 98 t/a and i am looking to get some work done. I have 3 sets of stock cylinder heads and i was wondering if those were GM 243's or what exactly the stock heads are? Cause i would like to use those if i can.

i have read many times that there is little to no flow difference on the 853 vs 241. the way they are cast is different, and thats all. no fbody i have seen ever got 243 heads stock.

The 243 heads do flow better in there stock form over the 853 and 241 heads. Once ported however, they will all be very similiar. Check this link out....it can also be found in the GenIII internal section.
