Default any Patriot reps on here? 1 bad valve lock, and 1 missing

I'm doing a cam swap on a friends car. He bought a new spring kit from a member on here. The kit was never opened until I got a hold of it.

I've looked inside all of the springs in the kit, and I can't find the 1 missing valve lock.

I do have one valve lock that will not work at all. It didn't complete the machining process. There's no "lip" for the valve to grab. It's also larger, so that there's no way of fitting inside of the keeper.

Good one on left, bad on right

That is messed up. I'm sure if you call Patriot on Monday, they will take care of you.

I'm sure they will, it was just a pain in the *** at 11pm last night.

you have no idea ! I almost had the spring swap done last night, (less one spring) and the comp spring tool got stuck on the way up. I got the lock stuck between the keeper and the valve stem. I had to use a pair of needle nose vice grips to get it out.

I wonder why they hell they keep doing that? A good way to keep us in suspense while waiting to get that one last little booger in the mail I guess.
