Default Fan Problem

My original number 2 fan would work intermittently (I hit it or unplug and plug it) I thought the fan was bad and swapped in another one. That appeared to be working correctly but now is not working the way is supposed to. I assume the relay is fine b/c the fan works sometimes. I haven't tried hitting this one. What else can I check?

Same problem once you replaced the fans?

I'd say the problem is in the connector.

get a manual switch.

You could wire it directly to a 12V source to know for sure if it works. Clean the connector, and then replace the relay. After that, get some prints and go through them.

Looked at the plug and it's a little dirty and corroded.
Unplugged and plugged it and all working again. It looks like it needs a cleaning and all will be fine. I have a turbo set up with my o2 right under the plug, some carbon building up on the plug.
Thanks guys.
