Few cam questions.
I have a 99 corvette and i was thinking of doing a hot cam. Yes i have searched a ton. It has long tubes, x pipe, cat back, cai, and ls6 intake. It put down 335 rwhp and 348 rwtq. I want to do the hot cam because me car has 120,000 miles and i have getting it for almost nothing. My buddy has a fast 78 intake and throttle body that he will give me for a steal. Would it even be worth getting even with such a small cam? Also it intake and throttle body are from a f body so how could i get the fly by wire to work with my sensor controled throttle body? Anyone think 375 rwhp is reasonable?

Well look at it this way, any cam over stock is gonna be better. There's quite a few people running that cam on here, and are putting down some pretty decent numbers. 375 is def in your range. If the fast is a 78mm intake, it's really not much different from the ls6, and the stock throttle body should work. If your doing the cam I would do a ud pulley since your gonna have to pull the stocker anyways.

might have to sell the tb or go with a stock one on the FAST . too bad he dont have a 90mm or i would say just get a gm 90mm for sheap and bolt it up .
the hotcam has low lift . you can use the yellow springs on some but there are a variety of sleeper cams . there is the ASA cam that i have heard good things about . also it is made for road race cars so you dont have to be to far up in the rpms 24/7 .
cant go wrong and good luck !
