Default Cam turning over?

I still need a lil more tuning after my cam install. But i have been having problems with the car wanting to turn over. I know thats common with a cam but can that be tuned out?

Yeah I've never heard of that either. I put my T-rex in. When I went to start it, it cranked slow, but a deep charge of the battery and it was fine.
