car running a little ruff at idle?

car running a little ruff at idle? motor has a procharger on it pushing 10 11 psi of boost been running good over last 6 months. but last few week the at idle feel almost like a very little miss or the little ruff.
Putting new plugs in it tomorrow. To give that a shot first. any other ideas. maybe cracked a piston or something small thats cause it to change the idle but over all still run very strong.
