LSX motor cam sensor question.

LSX motor cam sensor question. I have an LSX GM block and have the LS2 valley cover. Is the LS1/LS6 cam sensor the same one or do I need a LS2 cam sensor?
Next question, I purchased the knock sensory wiring kit so the knock sensors can be hooked up in the front timing chain cover. The wiring kit comes with 2 connectors which I understand one connects to the LS1 knock sensor connector but what does the other one connect to? Also, it comes with 2 connects knock sensors. Are the 2 sensor dummy sensors? Thanks for your help!
