How much cross flow from the rear coolant crossover pipe?

How much cross flow from the rear coolant crossover pipe?

Is there very much cross flow from one side to the other back there? I'm trying to figure out how to make the heatercore get a decent flow while keeping the WP119 race waterpump.

Any ideas?

I doubt its much since the flow is supposed to go from the rear to the front of the head, which is why the forward gasket ports are tiny and the rear are large.
