Default head interchangeable

I am pretty sure I know the answer to my question, but I want to make sure. LS1 heads are the same passanger to driver side correct? Are they keyed left side to right, can the be swapped side to side.

My engine was equipped with one 241 and one 853 as well as a number of other guys here on LS1tech.com I just upgraded and want to sell my heads to another guy who recieved the mismatch, but I want to make sure they are interchangeable.

So my heads have 4 bolt holes on one end, and 5 on the other. They can be installed either way but which way should be towards the front.

I don't want to screw myself when it comes time to bolt my accessories on.

Think about your intake and exhaust ports.

Doesnt mater, the bolt holes will be the same no mater how many times you swap heads side to side. Just make sure you get the coolant temp sensor on the driver side head and the plug for the coolant temp sensor in the pass side head.
