Default 00 t/a motor in a 98 T/a

I have a 00 ws6 transam that i had just built. it has heads and cam and i forged out the short block well i drove it for abot 600 miles and a drunk girl ran into me at a stop light and f-ed my car up. so i bought a 98 t/a and i was wondering if there was anything i had to swap like the crank sensor or anything like that? i know the 00 has center bolt valve covers and the 98 doesnt i dont know of any other differences.

Blocks are the same along with sensors and wiring. You should be all set.
