How do I know which ones to order. Do the engines have year stamped on them as pre 2004 use different number or can you tell from looking at the block head holes..?

Umm no there are different part numbers for pre 2004 blocks and after 2004. They have different lengths of studs in the kits .

Pre 2004 uses two shorter head bolts in the upper left and right corners. Post 2004 use all equal length short studs. You can which set you need when you remove your old bolts or by checking the depth of the top left and right holes compared the the other 8 holes.
