Default Best way to repair pistons? fly cut? (in car)

Well I put some notches in my brand new pistons from ptv issues. How can I fix this problem? I've heard the marks I've made can cause hot spots/problems. Can I leave them? If not, can I just smooth out the marks or do I need to fly cut? The pistons came with valve reliefs but obviously not where I needed them. Heres the worst one:

Default fly cut

just fly cut the pistons, sand the cut area after cutting to remove sharp edges. Isky cams sells the tools you won't have any hot spots.

I just ordered my fly cutters from lindetools this morning. The advantage I see with the Linde cutters is that they will not damage the valve seat in your head. Whereas some of the other cutters require a junk head that has had the seats removed.

Where did you get them, website? I'm having a hard time finding them.
Thanks.

You did that, or was it machined like that already? If not, Yes you can flycut the pistons in the car and not upset the balance of anything. www.iskycams.com sells the tool to do it.

I did the little one in the center and on the right. The larger valve reliefs were machined like that from the factory. For some reason the reliefs were not where my valves made contact.
