Default what should i do?

ok, well i blew my piston ring in my 99 ls1 z28. I just dont want to fix the piston rings i want to build a stroker. my question is where can i buy a good kit from without spend $6000. and how big (ci) should i go? And im planning on using spray.

Are you planing on buying heads and a cam? See sig... with the forged SB, H/C, gaskets/seals, double roller, ported oil pump, comp lifters, clutch, and some other odd's and end's I spent about 8k. Check out texas speed, thats where I got my SB and most every thing else in my sig, They have been top notch to deal with.

is it possible to turn my stock block into a 403ci??? and yes i would be do h/c install if i buy an stroker kit.

Possible yes with sleeving but not cost effective. I would buy a forged shortblock from a sponsor and go from there.

Well if you didn't scar up the cylinder to bad then you have a few options. Whats your budget is the first question.
then you can look at different combinations from a short block to just a rotating assembly and having a local shop assemble. So you have options. If you budget is 6k or under you have many options.
