I am currently running the hot cam in my ls1 and got a set of hartlandsharp roller rockers at 1.8 ratio cheap. I am installing them today. anyone have any thoughts on this or think i will see much of a gain?

shouldn't be a problem.

it will help that old tech cam make a little more power.

should see a solid 10hp maybe more. mostly due to increased lift.

Good deal. Just got them in the car and everything buttoned back up. Seems to be runnin fine. Havent had the chance to beat on it yet but i will when i get off work. Thanks for the heads up. Hope i notice a little seat of the pants difference. I know 10 hp isnt much but every one counts!

if i remember correctly... the lift on the hotcam is .525??? with the 1.8 ratio, you should be in the area of .556

I didnt really notice a difference yet but my car is running rich and i will be getting it tuned real soon. no real change in performace felt seat of the pance but the car sure does run extreamely strong.

Rolloer rockers increase your valve lift. In my case total cam lift on intake was .551 with the crane 1.8 increased to .38 total lift now .589 intake. about 15-20 added rwhp

actually .583 net lift and 15 max rwhp.

I have a set of never been used (new) H-S original 1.8s I'm going to be putting up for sale at a great price. I'm using my stock rockers because I have a fast-ramp cam, so I'm selling the 1.8s. If anyone is interested, let me know.
